1KD Bolt On 44mm - FLEX R77 Pro

FLEX 44MM Bolt On Turbo upgrade for 1KD-FTV Hilux and Prado.

This turbo is a Factory replacement Wastegated Turbo Upgrade - designed to fit seamlessly in place of the original turbo. This ensures compatibility with the standard exhaust and intercooler piping.

This Flex 44mm Turbo Kit includes:

2x Gaskets

Oil Feed line

Oil Drain Fitting

Wastegate Actuator

This FLEX R77 44mm Turbo Suits:

Toyota Hilux N70 - 1KD-FTV 2005-2015

Toyota Prado 120 and 150 with 1KD-FTV

Note:

Maximum suggested boost is 30 - 35 PSI and Power level is from 200-250 RWHP 

This FLEX 44mm turbo is best paired with +30 injectors, and is greatly complimented by a front mount intercooler, 3 inch exhaust and air box.

Additional parts required - coolant lines and fittings.

Turbo and dump studs and nuts not included - these can be reused from the original turbo.

An ECU remap is required.

Other Small modifications may be required.
