Set of 4 x Genuine Denso 11 code injectors upgraded to +30%, +50% or +100%. Every set is built, bench tested, flow matched and supplied with individual compensation codes generated from the measured results of that exact set. Genuine Denso injector bodies with MCR upgraded nozzles. ECU remap required.

Delivery and return flow are measured across multiple test points covering low load, part load and high load operation. The data from each injector is used to calculate its individual 11 code compensation code.
Every code is recorded against its injector serial number. This lets you load the correct code into the ECU for each cylinder before installation.
You are buying a tested, matched and coded set. You are not buying a random mix of injectors with copied or generic codes.
Injector Sizing Guide
+30%
Best for: Tuned daily drivers, towing setups, stock turbos and 44mm turbo upgrades.
Fuel pump: Compatible with a standard fuel pump when paired with suitable tuning.
+50%
Best for: 44mm and larger turbo setups chasing higher torque and power.
Fuel pump: An upgraded fuel pump is recommended. They can still be used with a standard pump where the tune and fuel demand are suitable.
+100%
Best for: Big turbo, built engine and serious fuel system builds only.
Fuel pump: An upgraded fuel pump is required to support this flow.
All options are bench tested, flow matched and supplied with individual 11 code compensation codes.

SCV Upgrade: Factory 11 code models run the short style SCV which is prone to hesitation and stalling. Upgrading to the long style SCV during injector replacement is strongly recommended.
Pro Tip: Always replace copper seat washers and injector lines when fitting new injectors.

Modified Injector Disclaimer
Where a modified or oversized injector is advertised or sold as a Genuine injector, including Denso, the term Genuine refers only to the injector body. It does not refer to the nozzle.
The injector body remains genuine. The nozzle and overall flow characteristics differ from original OEM specifications.
VIN and Compatibility Disclaimer
When you provide your VIN or rego, we will confirm the injector type your Hilux left the factory with. This may not be correct if the injectors, harness or ECU have previously been changed.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify injector compatibility before installation.

A: Yes. An ECU remap is essential for all upgraded injector profiles, +30%, +50% and +100%.
Q: Why upgrade the SCV at the same time?
A: Factory 11 code models run the short style SCV which is prone to hesitation and poor idle. The long style SCV upgrade eliminates these issues and is strongly recommended.
Q: What is the difference between 11 code and 13 code injectors?
A: 11 code are the Euro 3 G2 Denso without DLC coating. 13 code are Euro 4 with an improved spring and DLC coated armature. They use different ECU calibrations and cannot be swapped.
Q: Do they come with compensation codes?
A: Yes. Every injector receives its own individual 11 code compensation code generated from measured bench data, recorded against the serial number so it can be assigned to the correct cylinder.
Q: Are the injector bodies genuine Denso?
