This 1KD Performance intake manifold upgrade is designed to reduce restriction and increase air velocity into the engine, as well as to be aesthetically pleasing, a HPD intake manifold is a great addition to almost any build!

HPD Engineering - the intake pipe that is approximately 44% larger in area than the standard manifold intake, and restrictive bends

Please Note:

 

This 1KD Intake Manifold will Require ECU Remapping to work without fault codes / limp mode, The EGR, EGR sensors and Actuators and Swirl Flap VSVs and Throttle Body removed.
 
Requires the barb adapter fitting and silicon hose, MAP Sensor to be mounted in a new location.

EGR delete plate is required for the head - 1KD EGR Delete Plates Available here.
 

HP Fuel lines must be bent to suit with care and attention to detail - this is not a 5-minute job. Return line also requires modifications
 


This HPD 1KD Intake manifold suits Front Mount Intercoolers only, some modification to existing piping will be required.
 


Other modifications may be required - including but not limited to: glow plugs and 12v Rail may need slight modification depending on your set-up
