Pie Cut Welded Alloy Intake Pipe for Hilux 1GD-FTV 2020-On
Aftermarket turbo intake pipe for the N80 Hilux 1GD-FTV fitted with the factory i-ART (Gen 3) turbocharger. Pie cut and TIG welded aluminium for a tight-radius, high-flow path from the compressor housing to the intake ducting. Available polished or powder coated black.
Pie Cut, TIG Welded, Built to Fit
This is not a squashed mandrel bend forced into a tight engine bay. Every pipe is pie cut and TIG welded to hold full pipe diameter through the entire bend (the inlet connection is slightly larger - to suit factory hose.)

Aluminium sections cut and stacked to follow the factory routing exactly.
TIG Welded
Every joint fully TIG welded for strength and a boost-tight seal.
Finished
Polished raw, or powder coated satin black for a stealth engine bay.
Full pipe diameter maintained through the bend. No kinks, no collapsed sections, no restriction.

Polished Alloy
The look: Raw polished aluminium with the pie cut welds on full display.
Best for: Show bays and anyone who wants the fabrication visible.
Powder Coated Black
The look: Durable satin black powder coat over the same welded alloy pipe.
Best for: Stealth OEM-plus bays and maximum coating durability.
Both finishes are the same pie cut, TIG welded aluminium construction underneath.

Vehicle Compatibility
- Toyota Hilux N80. 1GD-FTV 2.8L. 2020-on. Factory i-ART (Gen 3) turbocharger.
- Toyota Hilux N80 2015-2020. Only if upgraded to a Gen 3 (i-ART) turbocharger.
Not suitable for vehicles running the factory Gen 2 (non i-ART) turbo. This intake pipe also suits Gen 3 turbos swapped on to Gen 2 Hilux/ Fortuner (2015-2020)
Installation Note - Gasket Required
This pipe uses a flat flange mating face at the turbo connection. No gasket is supplied.
You will need to run a bead of high-temp RTV silicone on the flange, or cut a gasket to suit. Skipping this step will result in an intake leak at the flange.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this fit my 2015-2019 Hilux?
A: Only if it has been upgraded to a Gen 3 (i-ART) turbocharger. It does not fit the factory Gen 2 turbo - the flange and pipe geometry differ.
Q: Do I need a tune to fit this pipe?
A: No. This is a bolt-on hardware upgrade and does not require an ECU remap on its own.
Q: Does it come with a gasket?
A: No. The flange requires a bead of high-temp RTV silicone or a gasket cut to suit at install.
Q: Is there any difference between the two finishes?
A: Only the surface finish. Both are the same pie cut, TIG welded aluminium pipe underneath.
