Manufactured in Japan, MCR +50 injector nozzles increase fuel delivery by approximately 50%, allowing significantly more fuel within the optimal injection window. They are intended for high-output, high-boost 1KD builds with upgraded turbochargers and professional ECU tuning.

⚠️ These are not a plug-and-play upgrade. +50 nozzles are for experienced builders with supporting modifications and access to professional tuning. Running these without proper setup will cause excessive smoke, poor performance and potential engine damage.
Are these complete injectors?
No. These are injector nozzles only and must be fitted to suitable Denso injector bodies by a qualified diesel specialist.
Do I need tuning after installing these nozzles?
Yes — absolutely. ECU calibration is required to safely utilise the additional fuel and manage AFR and EGT. Don't run these without a professional tune.
What power can these support?
Power depends on turbo, air supply and tuning. These nozzles are commonly used in high-output 1KD builds where stock or +30 nozzles become a limitation. Expect them to support builds well into the 300+ rwhp range with appropriate supporting mods.
Will these suit DPF models?
Fitment depends on injector body type. Contact us with your VIN to confirm compatibility before ordering.
Can I just use the nozzle washers, or do I need the full fitting kit?
The nozzle washer kit is the bare minimum to seal the nozzles. If you're already pulling injectors out, the smart move is replacing all seals with the full Injector & Rocker Cover Fitting Kit — saves pulling it apart twice.
What's the difference between +30 and +50 nozzles?
+30 nozzles are 30% more fuel flow than stock, suitable for moderate builds with factory or mildly upgraded turbos. +50 nozzles are 50% more flow and intended for serious high-boost setups with large turbos, intercoolers and full supporting modifications.
