Performance intake valves for the Isuzu 4JJ1, built for the heat, stress and corrosive chamber conditions of a high-output diesel. If the head is off a worked D-MAX or Colorado, these go back in instead of tired factory valves.
Construction
- One-piece forged 21-4N stainless steel inlet valve bodies (non-magnetic)
- Induction-hardened 4Cr9Si2 stem tips, friction welded
- Fully nitride hardened bodies
- Fully machined heads with swirl-polished underside radii to the valve face for better airflow and chamber swirl
- 30° back-cut up to the valve face

Q: Is this the intake or the exhaust set?
A: Intake. The exhaust set is a separate listing and uses Stellite-welded faces for the higher heat load on that side.
Q: Do they need machining?
A: They suit the 4JJ1 head, but a proper seat cut and clearance check by your machinist is part of any valve job.
