Q: Will this void my Ford warranty?
A: No. Aftermarket protection devices don't void warranty under Australian Consumer Law.
Q: Does this fit models with the Premium Pack?
A: Yes. Version 2 bracket (released November 2023) is compatible with Touring & Premium Pack models that have the auxiliary fuse box and overhead switch pack.
Q: Does this fit 2.0L 4-cylinder models?
A: Yes. Version 2 bracket is compatible with both 2.0L 4-cylinder and 3.0L V6 models. Early Version 1 brackets had clearance issues with 2.0L radiator hoses, but this is resolved in Version 2.
Q: How do I know which bracket version I'll receive?
A: All kits shipped from November 2023 onwards include the updated Version 2 bracket with improved compatibility.
Q: Where do I mount the in-cab warning light?
A: Most customers install it in an empty switch location on the dashboard. A 20mm hole-saw is required.
Q: What's the difference between this and the older Ranger (PXIII) kit?
A: This PL671DPK is specifically for Next-Gen (2022+) Ranger/Everest models. The PXIII (2015-2022) models require the PL664DPK kit.
