Genuine Toyota injector line kit for early Euro 3 1KD-FTV engines. This kit includes a complete set of four high-pressure injector pipes (rail to injector hard lines) for Hilux and Prado 1KD engines without an EGR cooler.
These engines run the early 11-code injector system and require specific injector pipe geometry — the Euro 4 lines will not fit. Replacing injector lines whenever injectors are removed is strongly recommended to prevent leaks, poor sealing and contamination, particularly on older, high-kilometre engines.

Do I need to replace injector lines when changing injectors?
Yes. Toyota recommends replacing injector pipes whenever injectors are removed. Reusing old lines risks leaks, poor sealing and contamination. Do it once, do it right.
Will these fit my Hilux with an EGR cooler?
No. This kit is strictly for Euro 3 engines without an EGR cooler (pre-08/2006). Euro 4 / EGR-cooled engines use different pipe geometry and part numbers — see the Euro 4 kit here.
Are these genuine Toyota parts?

What happens if I reuse old injector lines?
Old lines can stretch, crack or fail to reseal properly, leading to fuel leaks, injector knock, rail pressure faults, or in extreme cases an engine-bay fire. Replace them — they're cheap insurance.
Should I replace the seals at the same time?
