🔧 Installation Notes
- Direct bolt-in replacement — no modifications required
- VNT actuator is pre-installed and calibrated
- Replace all gaskets, studs and nuts during install (kit available above)
- Pre-oil the turbo and prime the oil system before first startup — run the engine at idle briefly before driving
- Clear any stored fault codes after installation
- Professional installation recommended
- DO NOT USE RTV/GASKET MAKER ON FLANGES.
⚠️ Important: Always use fresh oil and replace the oil feed line if worn. A contaminated oil supply is the leading cause of premature turbo failure.
