Is tuning required?
Yes. An ECU calibration is strongly recommended to safely command/limit rail pressure and avoid fault conditions.
Can I run this on a stock engine?
Not recommended. Rail blanks are intended for tuned engines with upgraded fuelling/air systems and proper monitoring.
Does it fit Bosch or Delphi rails?
No. This MCR blank is for Denso common-rail systems only.
What are the risks if something fails?
Without the relief valve, there’s no OEM over-pressure escape path. A fault can overstress injectors, pump, or rail. Use conservative limits and monitor rail pressure.
Is it legal for road use?
Typically no. Intended for off-road/competition use where permitted. Verify local laws.
