⚠️ VIN & Compatibility Check Disclaimer

View Disclaimer

When you provide your vehicle registration or VIN, we’ll confirm the injector type your vehicle left the factory with. However, this may be incorrect if the injectors, wiring harness, or ECU have been changed.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to check the injectors before installation. We also recommend coding the injectors to the vehicle before fitting — ideally while they’re still sealed in their clear bags to ensure the codes are read accurately.

📌 Fitment Help

Add your VIN or Rego & State at checkout — we’ll confirm correct 13-code fitment before dispatch.

❓ FAQs

Will these suit a Prado 150 with 1KD?
Early 150 Series with 1KD can be mixed around the cut-over — some are 13-code, others aren’t. Provide your VIN and we’ll verify the correct injectors.
Do I need to perform pilot learn / compensation after install?
Yes. After coding each injector’s calibration code, perform pilot learn (pilot injection quantity learning) for best idle quality and noise control.
What symptoms suggest my Prado needs new injectors?
Hard cold starts, diesel knock when cold, rough idle, excessive correction values, white/grey smoke on start, or rising oil level from fuel dilution.
Can I reuse my old seat washers and leak-off seals?
No — always replace copper seat washers and leak-off seals/lines to prevent compression leaks, blow-by, and contamination.
Do I need to code by cylinder position or just VIN?
Code each injector’s unique calibration directly to its installed cylinder. VIN alone isn’t sufficient for proper trim control.
