Genuine Toyota injector line kit for the 1KD-FTV common rail diesel. Four high-pressure pipes running from the common rail to injectors 1 to 4, for Euro 4 engines with an EGR cooler.
Replace the lines whenever injectors come out. Old lines trap debris and the seats degrade, and at rail pressure a micro-leak is not a small problem. Do it once.

Fitting Notes
- Keep all injector and rail ports capped until installation
- Do not bend or reform hard lines
- Follow Toyota torque specs and tightening sequence
- Inspect carefully for leaks on first start-up
Common rail systems run at extremely high pressure. Any contamination or sealing issue at these pressures is serious. Professional installation recommended.
Symptoms of leaking or failing injector lines: diesel smell in the engine bay, hard starting or rough idle, weeping around injector or rail fittings, repeat sealing issues after injector replacement, rail pressure faults or inconsistent delivery.

Do these fit all 1KD engines?
No. This kit suits Hilux and Prado 1KD engines fitted with an EGR cooler (non-DPF), generally 08/2006 onwards. Early non-EGR engines need the Euro 3 kit.
