📦 What's Included
  • 8 × Genuine Denso +30% Injector Nozzles – brand new, high-flow design
  • Seat washers – included when available

These are nozzles only – not complete injectors. Professional injector disassembly, nozzle installation, and bench setup required.

💥 Why Choose +30% Nozzles?
  • Increased fuel delivery headroom – supports tuned/boosted setups
  • OEM Denso atomisation quality – maintains drivability and cold starts
  • Pairs perfectly with turbo upgrades – works with upgraded turbo, intercooler, and exhaust
  • Clean power delivery – when properly tuned, delivers power without excessive smoke

⚡ ECU Calibration Required: Professional ECU tuning is strongly recommended to control smoke/EGTs and unlock the full performance benefit.

🛠️ Installation Overview
  1. Injector Removal: Remove injectors and disassemble per Denso procedure
  2. Nozzle Installation: Install new nozzles; set solenoid calibration shim and and solenoid spring shim - test flow, actuation time and leak off - adjust until the set is uniform.
  3. Refit Injectors: Install with new suitable seats/seals; torque clamps/lines to OEM spec
  4. ECU Programming: Program/verify compensation codes; road-test and log rail pressure/EGTs

⚠️ Professional Installation Required: Injector disassembly, nozzle fitting, bench testing, and balancing across all 8 cylinders requires specialized equipment and expertise.

🔧 Fitment Notes
  • Professional bench setup required – specialized injector testing equipment needed
  • Match and balance across all 8 – ensures smooth idle and consistent pilot injection control
  • Re-use injector compensation codes – existing codes remain valid; ECU generally adjusts for flow increase.
  • Test and calibrate – verify spray pattern, opening pressure, and leak-off rates

➕ Recommended Supporting Mods
  • 1VD Injector Fitting Kit – new seats, seals, and washers for proper installation
  • High-Pressure Injector Lines – replace worn lines during injector service
  • Upgraded Intake/Intercooler – supports increased airflow demands

Do I need a tune with these nozzles?

Yes – while the engine will run, proper ECU calibration is essential to control smoke, EGTs, and realize the extra flow. Without tuning, you'll experience excessive black smoke and won't gain the performance benefit.

Will my injector compensation codes change?

No – nozzle replacement doesn't generate new compensation codes. Re-enter your existing injector codes after refit; the ECU tune handles the +30% flow increase.

Can I run these on a stock turbo?

Yes, you can run these on a stock turbo. However, you'll need a conservative tune to avoid excess smoke and manage EGTs, as the stock turbo limits airflow capacity.

Are these complete injectors or just nozzles?

These are nozzles only, not complete injectors. You'll need to disassemble your existing injectors, install the new nozzles, bench-test them, and reassemble. Professional installation with specialized equipment is required.

Why do the nozzles look blue in photos?

The blue appearance is a photography filter effect used in product images. The actual nozzles have a natural metal finish and are not blue-colored.

Will these fit DPF-equipped 79 Series?

No – these nozzles are designed for pre-DPF 79 Series only. DPF-equipped models require different specifications. Contact us with your VIN to confirm compatibility.

How much power gain can I expect?

Power gains depend on your complete setup (turbo, intercooler, exhaust, tune). With supporting mods and proper tuning, expect 40-60+ HP gains. Nozzles alone don't add power – they provide the fuel delivery capacity for a proper performance build.
