Four MCR Performance +30% nozzles for the pre-DPF 4JJ1. Nozzles only: they go into your existing Denso 095000-6980 or 095000-8340 bodies on a common rail bench, which is the cheapest path to a tuned fuel system when your injectors are still healthy. Roughly a third more fuel per stroke at the same pulse width, which is what a turbo upgrade and a remap are asking for.

Quick check: the code on top of your injector starts with 5F or 72. A 9F code is the 2017 to 2020 DPF engine and takes the DPF nozzle set, not this one.

Nozzles or Complete Injectors?
Nozzles if your injectors are healthy, you have a bench or a workshop with one, and you want the cheapest way to +30. The nozzle swap needs the injector stripped, the nozzle fitted, the set flow matched and leak-off checked, then reassembled. It is not a driveway job.
Complete injectors if your set is tired, you want a matched set built and tested on our Hartridge, or you want it done once: 4JJ1 +30 Injectors, 2007 to 2012 (095000-6980 bodies). Ask us for the 8340 body version.
We can fit them for you. Send your injectors in and we will fit the nozzles, match the set and return them with a bench report. Message us for pricing.
Fitting and Coding Notes
- Fit on a common rail bench. Strip the injector, fit the nozzle, check shim stack and needle lift, flow test and leak-off test, match the set.
- Refit with new seat washers and seals. See the genuine 4JJ1 washer and O-ring kit.
- The existing compensation code on the body stays valid after a nozzle change. Enter it as normal and run the injector learn.
- ECU remap required. The factory map does not know the nozzle changed.

Q: Are these complete injectors?
A: No. Nozzles only. They must be fitted to Denso 095000-6980 or 095000-8340 bodies on a common rail bench.
Q: Do I need a tune?
A: Yes. An ECU remap is essential to use the extra fuel and keep smoke and EGTs under control.
Q: Will the compensation codes change?
A: No. A nozzle change does not generate new codes. Re-enter the code on the body after refit.
Q: Will these fit a DPF 4JJ1?
A: No. The 2017 to 2020 DPF engine uses a different injector and a different nozzle.
Q: Can I fit them myself?
A: Only if you have a common rail test bench. Otherwise send the injectors to us or a diesel shop with one.
