Set of 4 | 4N15 2.4L | Mitsubishi Triton MQ and MR, 2015 On
Four MCR Performance +50% nozzles for the Triton 4N15. Nozzles only: they go into your existing Denso 295050-1760 bodies on a common rail bench. This is MCR's S51 nozzle, the one they size for 45 to 60 psi builds. It is for a Triton with an upgraded turbo, a stroker shaft and a tune written for the combination. If that is not the plan, buy the +30.
Fitment
| Vehicle | Engine | Build dates | Injector body |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mitsubishi Triton MQ | 4N15 2.4L | 2015 to 2018 | 295050-1760 |
| Mitsubishi Triton MR | 4N15 2.4L | 2018 to 2023 | 295050-1760 |
Quick check: your injector is Denso 295050-1760. Pajero Sport QE and QF run the same 4N15: see the Pajero Sport listing. A 4D56 Triton (ML, MN) takes the 4D56 nozzle set, not this one.

What's in the Box
- 4 x MCR Performance +50% nozzles for the 4N15 Denso 295050-1760 injector
Nozzles only. Not complete injectors. Seat washers, seals and injector bodies are not included.
Nozzles or Complete Injectors?
Nozzles if your injectors are healthy, you have a bench or a workshop with one, and you want the cheapest way to +50. The nozzle swap needs the injector stripped, the nozzle fitted, the set flow matched and leak-off checked, then reassembled. It is not a driveway job.
We can fit them for you. Send your injectors in and we will fit the nozzles, match the set and return them with a bench report. Message us for pricing.
Milder build? See the 4N15 +30 nozzles or the complete 4N15 +30 injectors.
What Build Is This For?
MCR size their nozzles by boost pressure, not by a flow percentage. Flow percentages depend on the bench, the test plan and the rail pressure, so two shops will never agree on a number. Boost is a real figure you can state. MCR's band for the S51 is 45 to 60 psi.
- Turbo upgrade: where +50 earns its keep. See the 4N15 44mm turbo and the 4N15 intercooler upgrade.
- Fuel supply: the factory HP3 pump is the next limit. A stroker shaft is strongly recommended so rail pressure holds under load. Message us and we will sort one with the nozzles.
- Rail pressure: the factory rail relief valve will hold you back on a build like this. See the MCR rail blank.
- Monitoring: log boost, rail pressure and EGT on the first tune session.
- Compliance: any change to emissions equipment or calibration must comply with the laws that apply to your vehicle and its use. Off-road and competition use where permitted.
Fitting and Coding Notes
- Fit on a common rail bench. Strip the injector, fit the nozzle, check shim stack and needle lift, flow test and leak-off test, match the set.
- Refit with new seat washers and seals.
- The existing compensation code on the body stays valid after a nozzle change. Enter it as normal and run the injector learn.
- ECU remap required. The factory map does not know the nozzle changed, and at +50 the smoke will tell you fast.
- Clean-room practice. One speck of grit is enough to stick a needle.
Why MCR
MCR is the Thai performance nozzle house behind every modified injector set we build. Consistent hole geometry from set to set means a tuner can hit the same map on the next truck. These are the same nozzles we fit to our own sets.

Performance Nozzle Disclaimer
These are modified performance nozzles, not a standard replacement part. Flow percentages are nominal and vary with rail pressure, pulse width and test bench. Fitting them changes the flow characteristics of the injector from original OEM specification.
Any change to emissions equipment or calibration must comply with the laws that apply to your vehicle and its use. Off-road and competition use where permitted.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify injector compatibility before fitting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are these complete injectors?
A: No. Nozzles only. They must be fitted to Denso 295050-1760 bodies on a common rail bench.
Q: Do I need a tune?
A: Yes. +50 nozzles must not be run on the factory map. An ECU remap is essential.
Q: Why is a stroker shaft recommended?
A: A +50 nozzle asks the HP3 pump for a lot more fuel. Under load at high boost the factory pump can fail to hold commanded rail pressure. A stroker shaft raises pump output so rail pressure holds across the range.
Q: Can I run +50 on the stock turbo?
A: You can with a conservative tune, but the factory turbo runs out of air well before a +50 nozzle runs out of fuel. If you are not planning a turbo upgrade, the +30 is the better buy.
Q: Will the compensation codes change?
A: No. A nozzle change does not generate new codes. Re-enter the code on the body after refit and run the injector learn.
Q: Can I fit them myself?
A: Only if you have a common rail test bench. Otherwise send the injectors to us or a diesel shop with one.
