The 2024 Flex F66 from Siam Motorsports is the big-airflow option for serious 1KD, 4JJ1 and 4JJ3 builds. Billet compressor wheel, upgraded A/R front cover, high-temp Inconel turbine, rated to 45 PSI with tuning.
This is not a bolt-on. It needs a high-mount manifold and custom fabrication. If you want a drop-in, this is the wrong turbo. If you want maximum airflow, keep reading.

Is this a direct bolt-on turbo?
No. The F66 requires a high-mount turbo manifold and custom fabrication for the dump pipe, intake and intercooler alignment.
What makes the F66 different from the F55 or 44mm VNT?
Larger wheels (52.5mm vs 48.5mm and 44mm), an Inconel turbine for high-temp durability, and a 45 PSI rating. Built for builds that need maximum airflow.
Do I need a tune?
Yes. ECU tuning is mandatory for safe fuelling, timing and EGT management.
What power can I expect?
Power depends entirely on supporting modifications (injectors, fuel system, intercooler, exhaust) and tuning. Capable of supporting very high-output builds with the right setup.
Will this fit my factory manifold?
No. The F66 uses an F55 flange and requires a high-mount manifold.
Is this suitable for daily driving?
When properly built and tuned, yes, but this is an extreme performance turbo. Choose supporting mods carefully.
