Quick check: the code on your injector starts with 60. The 2015 facelift 200 Series with a DPF uses a different injector, and the single turbo 70 Series 1VD uses 095000-9770. Neither is this part.

What Else You Need for the Install
- Genuine 1VD Injector Fitting Kit. Seat washers, seals and gaskets.
- 1VD Injector Lines (Pre-DPF). One-use crush fit. Replace them with the injectors and you will not be back in there chasing a leak.
Pro tip: never reuse copper seat washers. A reused washer is the usual cause of chuffing and blow-by on a fresh set.
Fitting and Coding Notes
- Clean the injector bores and seat faces. Fit new seat washers and seals.
- Torque injector clamps and high pressure unions to Toyota specification. Fit new lines.
- Enter each injector's compensation code into the ECU in the correct cylinder position, then run the Toyota idle and pilot learn procedure.
- Check commanded versus actual rail pressure and inspect every union for leaks under load.
- Installation by a qualified diesel technician recommended.
