Big cooling for the 2020-on 1GD. HPD's front mount kit replaces the thin factory core with a 500 x 300 x 76 mm bar and plate core: 56% more surface area and 98% more core volume. HPD quotes a typical result of around 6 kW at the wheels on the stock tune and around 20 degrees C lower intake temps under load.
Direct bolt-in to factory locations, no cutting, drilling or welding. Australian made. Does not fit the 2024-on 48V mild-hybrid Hilux.

- Mandrel-bent 63 mm alloy piping
- CNC-machined billet sensor boss, accepts the factory IAT sensor
- Silicone hoses and German load-rated clamps
- Stainless laser-cut brackets, using the factory rubber mounts

- Re-torque the clamps after the initial heat cycles.
- Best results with an appropriate ECU calibration.
- The kit sits forward of the engine and is compatible with most snorkel and airbox setups. Check piping clearances on custom setups.
