💡 Quick Tech Tip:

Factory 11-code injectors were prone to premature wear due to no DLC coating, causing cold knock, rattle, and inconsistent fueling. Upgrading to the long-style SCV during injector replacement is strongly advised to avoid hesitation, stalling, and idle issues.

⚠️ VIN & Compatibility Check Disclaimer

View Disclaimer

When you provide your vehicle registration or VIN, we’ll confirm the injector type your vehicle left the factory with. However, this may be incorrect if the injectors, wiring harness, or ECU have been changed.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to check the injectors before installation. We also recommend coding the injectors to the vehicle before fitting — ideally while they’re still sealed in their clear bags to ensure the codes are read accurately.

❓ FAQs

Do I need to code these injectors to my ECU?
Yes — each injector has a unique calibration code. Enter these during install and perform pilot learn for best idle and fuel trims.
Can I run +30 injectors on a stock turbo?
Yes, but you’ll only notice gains with a tune. To fully benefit, a slightly larger turbo and intercooler are recommended.
What’s the difference between 11-code and 13-code injectors?
11-code injectors are Euro 3 spec (2005–08/2006) and lack DLC coating. 13-code injectors are Euro 4 spec (late 2006–2009) and have improved durability.
What happens if I don’t replace the injector lines?
Old lines can leak or fail to seal correctly. We always recommend new injector lines with each injector replacement to prevent leaks and contamination.
Will these affect my fuel economy?
With proper tuning, economy is often unchanged or even improved when towing or under load thanks to more efficient combustion.
