These covers start as a raw finished Alloy casting which is filed to remove casting imperfections, and then the Alloy Rocker Cover is prepared for painting.
Once prepared, each Alloy Rocker Cover is individually styled with a High Quality Paint.
Once cured, the covers are then painted with multiple coats of Clear Coat, and then baked to cure.
Alloy Rocker Covers resist thermal cracking - an advantageous feature over the factory GRP Engine Cover.
