A: Yes – this is a direct bolt-on turbo for all 1KD-FTV Hilux N70 models (2005–2015). Tuning is recommended for best performance.

A: Up to 26 PSI with the right supporting mods and a custom tune.
Q: Does it require a tune?
A: Sometimes – while it can run on a stock ECU, tuning is highly recommended to avoid overboost codes (P1251) and maximize gains.
Q: Can I run this in my Prado 120 or 150?
A: Absolutely. It fits both Prado models with 1KD engines. You may need to swap actuators or use a wiring extension harness - Included if you select prado in the variant options.
Q: Will it work in a 1KD Hiace Van?
A: Yes – the turbo fits the Hiace 1KD platform. Depending on model year, 2 x extensions harnesses are required - which are included if you select Hiace from the variant picker
Q: Is this turbo compatible with a 3-inch exhaust?
A: Yes – but running a 3” system without tuning can cause overboost errors. We strongly recommend remapping your ECU.
