Front-mount intercooler required. This manifold does not suit a factory top-mount setup. If you are still running the top-mount, this is not your part yet.

This is not a bolt-on. It is a fabrication and tuning job, and going in with your eyes open is the difference between a great result and a ute stuck on the hoist.

• ECU remap required. The throttle body, EGR hardware and swirl flaps all come out.
• MAP sensor relocation, needing a barb adapter and 3 mm silicone hose.
• FMIC piping needs modification to suit the 3 inch inlet. Custom fabrication.
• High pressure fuel lines must be carefully reshaped, and the return line may need changes.
• Glow plug wiring and the 12V rail may need minor adjustment.
• EGR delete plate required, sold separately.

Q: Will it fit my top-mount 1KD?

A: No. A front-mount intercooler is required. That is the first thing to sort.

Q: Do I really need a tune?

A: Yes. Removing the throttle body, EGR hardware and swirl flaps means the ECU needs a calibration to match. Fitting it and hoping is how you end up with fault codes and limp mode.

Q: What colours are available?

A: Black, blue, red, gold, green, purple and silver. Pick from the options above.

Q: Is it road legal?

A: This is recommended for off-road and motorsport use. Emissions hardware is removed as part of the fitment, so check your local compliance requirements before you commit.
