+30% and +50%. Toyota Hilux N70 KUN26 and Prado KDJ120 / KDJ150. 11, 13 and 18 Code.
Set of 4. Genuine Denso injector bodies fitted with MCR Performance nozzles at +30% or +50% flow. Every set is built, bench tested, flow matched and supplied with individual compensation codes generated from the measured results of that exact set. ECU remap required.
The 1KD-FTV used three injector generations. They are not interchangeable. Your modified set is built on the correct code body for your vehicle.

How to check your code: unplug the connector on top of any injector and read the first two digits of the calibration number printed on the injector body. The most reliable method is a scan tool reading the codes stored in the ECU.
Not sure? Add your VIN or State and Rego to the add to cart notes at the top of the page and we will verify factory fitment before we ship.
Bench Tested, Matched and Individually Coded In House
These are not random oversized injectors with generic codes on the box. Every set is built in house and tested on our Hartridge Sabre CRi Expert before it ships.
Built
Genuine Denso bodies fitted with MCR Performance nozzles.
Tested
Measured across multiple controlled points for delivery and return flow.
Shimmed and Adjusted
Internal shims and settings corrected to bring each injector into spec.
Re-Tested
Run on the bench again to confirm delivery and return flow after adjustment.
Matched
Grouped as a set for consistent injector behaviour across all four cylinders.
Coded
Each injector receives its own compensation code based on actual bench data.
Delivery and return flow are measured across multiple test points covering low load, part load and high load operation. The data from each injector is used to calculate its individual compensation code.
Every code is recorded against its injector serial number, so you can load the correct code into the ECU for each cylinder before installation.
You are buying a tested, matched and coded set. You are not buying a random mix of injectors with copied or generic codes.
Injector Sizing Guide
+30%
Best for: tuned daily drivers, towing setups, stock turbos, 44mm turbo upgrades and selected F55 setups.
Fuel pump: compatible with a standard fuel pump when paired with suitable tuning.
+50%
Best for: 44mm and larger turbo setups chasing higher torque and power.
Fuel pump: an upgraded fuel pump is recommended to get the most from these. They can still run on a standard pump where the tune and fuel demand suit.
Both options are bench tested, flow matched and supplied with individual compensation codes.
Fitting kit and injector lines sold separately. See below.
If your truck is stock and you are simply replacing worn injectors, you do not need a modified set and you do not need a tune.
Genuine Denso 1KD-FTV Injectors - Standard β
OEM spec, direct fit, no tune required. 11, 13 and 18 code.
Pro tip: always replace copper seat washers and injector lines when fitting new injectors.
Where a modified or oversized injector is advertised or sold as a Genuine injector, including Denso, the term Genuine refers only to the injector body. It does not refer to the nozzle.
The injector body remains genuine. The nozzle and the overall flow characteristics differ from original OEM specification.
When you provide your VIN or rego we will confirm the injector type your vehicle left the factory with. This may not be correct if the injectors, harness or ECU have previously been changed.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify injector compatibility before installation.
Q: Do I need a tune for these injectors?
A: Yes. An ECU remap is essential for both the +30% and +50% flow profiles. The vehicle can be driven once fitted, but tuning is required as soon as possible.
Q: Do they come with compensation codes?
A: Yes. Every injector receives its own individual compensation code generated from measured bench data on our Hartridge Sabre CRi Expert. The code is recorded against the serial number on the injector body so it can be assigned to the correct cylinder during installation.
Q: Are the injector bodies genuine Denso?
A: Yes. Brand new Genuine Denso injector bodies fitted with MCR Performance nozzles. See the Modified Injector Disclaimer above for full detail.
Q: Should I choose +30% or +50%?
A: +30% suits tuned daily drivers, towing, stock turbos, 44mm upgrades and some F55 setups, and works with a standard fuel pump. +50% suits 44mm and larger turbos chasing higher torque and power, and an upgraded fuel pump is recommended to get the most from them.
Q: What is the difference between the injector codes?
A: 11, 13 and 18 code refer to the ECU calibration generation. They are not interchangeable. Your modified set is built on the correct base body for your vehicle. See the fitment table above.
Q: Do I need an upgraded fuel pump?
A: Not for +30% with suitable tuning. For +50% an upgraded pump is recommended, though they can still run on a standard pump where the tune and fuel demand suit.
Q: Are these reconditioned or exchange?
A: No. Brand new Genuine Denso bodies, no core deposit and no core return.
Built, tested on a Hartridge Sabre CRi Expert, flow matched and coded in house. ECU tune required. Free express shipping Australia wide.
