This 1KD SCV Upgrade uses a Genuine Denso OEM suction control valve, repurposed to improve fuel control on the 1KD-FTV. Unlike a basic replacement, this upgrade allows more stable and responsive rail pressure — especially under load. With good tuning on a standard HP3 pump, gains of up to ~15–20 rwhp ⚡ are commonly achievable, along with sharper throttle response and improved pressure stability.
⚠️ Important: Early-model pumps originally fitted with a short SCV will require an adapter kit (not included). Adapter kit available here.

A: It fits HP3 pumps with long SCV fitment. Early pumps with short SCV require an adapter kit (sold separately).
Q: How do I know if I need an adapter kit?
A: If your current SCV is shorter than this upgrade SCV, you'll need the adapter kit. Check your existing SCV or contact us with your VIN and we can confirm.
Q: Can I combine this with a stroker shaft?
A: Yes — the SCV upgrade and stroker shaft work together excellently. The SCV controls fuel delivery, while the stroker increases pump stroke. Combined with good tuning, this is a proven combination.
Q: What's the difference between this and a standard SCV replacement?
