Genuine Isuzu High-Pressure Injector Fuel Lines – 4JJ1 (8340)

Brand new genuine Isuzu injector fuel line set designed to suit 4JJ1 common rail diesel engines fitted to Isuzu D-Max and MU-X pre-DPF applications (2012-2016). These high-pressure lines deliver fuel from the common rail to each injector and are manufactured to factory routing and pressure specifications. Ideal for injector replacement, fuel system overhauls or rectifying damaged, corroded or leaking injector pipes.

🧩 Product Overview

OEM genuine Isuzu injector fuel lines engineered specifically for 2012-2016 models using injector 095000-8340. OEM design maintains correct sealing integrity and injector reliability.

🔧 What Else You'll Need

If you're replacing injector lines, you'll need copper washers for proper sealing:

Essential — Injector Washer Kit:

Copper washers for proper sealing. Never reuse old washers — they won't seal properly the second time.

🛒 Add Injector Washer Kit

💡 Pro Tip: Avoid bending or re-shaping injector lines during servicing, as this can weaken the pipe and lead to cracks or leaks once reinstalled.

⏱️ When to Replace Injector Fuel Lines

Knowing when to replace injector fuel lines is critical to maintaining engine performance and injector longevity.

  • Visible cracks, leaks or bulging in the lines
  • Fuel contamination or unexplained injector damage
  • Injector replacement or major fuel system service
  • High-kilometre vehicles (typically 120,000–150,000 km)

Over time, the internal steel surface of high-pressure fuel lines can degrade. Microscopic particles may then be carried into the injectors under extreme rail pressure, potentially causing internal damage.

Avoid bending or re-shaping injector lines during servicing (such as rocker cover removal), as this can weaken the pipe and lead to cracks or leaks once reinstalled.
