Our Bench Data, Not a Marketing Number
We flow tested three nozzles in the same Bosch 0445110250 injector body, the injector this Ranger runs, on our Hartridge Sabre CRi Expert. Standard nozzle, a Nissan Patrol nozzle (a common cheap swap), and the MCR nozzle. Same body, same bench, same session, so the only variable is the nozzle.

The read: the Patrol nozzle swap gives roughly +11 to +19%, and its gain moves around depending on duration, so it is inconsistent across the map. The MCR nozzle holds +30 to +36% at every single test point, from short duration right through to 2000 microseconds. That flatness is the part that matters. A nozzle that gains big in one place and little in another is a tuning problem.
