Once your machinist has measured the block, crank and rods, select your piston/ring, main bearing and big end sizes above and tick the confirmation box before adding to cart. Orders without confirmed sizes may be delayed while we contact you.

❓ FAQs

Will this kit fit my 2006 Hilux N70?
Yes, if it was built between 2005 and 08/2006 with 11 code injectors and a factory EGR cooler. Hilux N70 models built from 09/2006 onwards use our later 1KD kit, linked above.
What machine work is required?
Have your block, crank and rods inspected and measured. Confirm the required piston and bearing sizes with your machinist before ordering.
Are the components genuine Japanese brands?
Yes. ART pistons, NPR rings, DAIDO bearings and washers, TAIHO bushes, Stone gaskets, Cherry head gasket and ThreeBond sealant, with Permaseal head bolts.
Do I need to replace the head bolts?
Yes. New Permaseal or equivalent head bolts are included and should be used instead of reusing old bolts.
What sizes do I need to choose?
Your machinist will specify piston oversize (if required) and bearing sizes after measuring. Select those sizes on this page and tick the confirmation box before adding to cart.
