Every seal, washer and clip you replace when the injectors come out of an early 4JJ1, in one bag, all genuine Isuzu. Built for the original alloy rocker cover with three bolts across the front: D-MAX to mid 2014, every Rodeo RA7 and Colorado RC, and the first MU-X. Fits both injector generations on that cover, 095000-6980 and 095000-8340.

Quick check: count the bolts across the front edge of the rocker cover. Three means this kit. Four on an alloy cover is the mid-2014 onwards engine, and a plastic cover is the DPF 4JJ1 or a 4JJ3: both use a different gasket and seals, and this kit will not fit. 2014 is a changeover year, so send us your rego if you are on the line.

Fitting Notes
- Fit every seal in the bag. Reusing the seat washer is the usual cause of injector chuffing and blow-by on a fresh set.
- Clean the rocker cover face and the injector bores before assembly. Old gasket residue is the number one cause of a weep.
- Torque injector clamps and rocker cover bolts to Isuzu specification.
- Installation by a qualified diesel technician recommended.

Q: Are these genuine Isuzu parts?
A: Yes. Genuine Isuzu seals, gasket, washers and clips, supplied as the FK4JJ1 kit.
Q: Will it fit my 2015 D-MAX?
A: No. From mid 2014 the alloy cover changed to four bolts across the front and the gasket and injector seals changed with it. Message us for the late kit.
Q: Does it fit the 2012 to 2014 D-MAX with the 8340 injector?
A: Yes. The injector changed in mid 2012 but the rocker cover and its seals did not until mid 2014, so a 2012 to 2014 truck uses this kit.
Q: Does it fit the DPF 4JJ1 or the 4JJ3?
A: No. Both run a plastic rocker cover with a different gasket and seals.
