A four-piece high-pressure injector line set for early 4JJ1 common rail engines. Each pipe is cylinder-specific and pre-bent to factory routing, so it goes back in without persuasion. The right time to fit these is while the injectors are already out.

- Isuzu D-MAX 4JJ1 - up to 2013, pre-DPF
- Holden Rodeo RA7 4JJ1 - up to 2012, pre-DPF
- Holden Colorado RC 4JJ1 - up to 2012, pre-DPF
Suits injectors: Denso 095000-6980, and some 095000-8340 / 8-98106693-2 around 2012 to 2013.
Two sets exist: if your D-MAX or MU-X is 2012 to 2016 running 095000-8340 injectors, you likely need the 2012 to 2016 line set instead. Leave your rego and state or VIN in the order notes and we will confirm before dispatch.
When to Replace Injector Lines
- Visible cracks, leaks or bulging in a line
- Fuel contamination or unexplained injector damage
- Any injector replacement or major fuel system service
- High-kilometre vehicles, typically 120,000 to 150,000 km
Over time the internal steel surface of a high-pressure line can degrade, and under rail pressure those particles end up in the injectors. Avoid bending or re-shaping lines during servicing, including rocker cover removal: a reshaped pipe is a pipe that cracks later.
Installation Notes
- Replace all four lines as a set when servicing injectors
- Torque fittings to factory specification
- Maintain strict cleanliness: contamination is what kills common rail injectors
- Prime the fuel system before cranking
