Oil & Coolant Lines, Gaskets & Studs for PKS / F44 / CRC High Mount Setups
Most of what you need to high mount a PKS or PPRC 44mm turbo (or CRC F44/F46) on your 1KD – oil lines, coolant lines, gaskets and studs in one kit, with heat shielding where it counts.
Kit Includes (varies from time to time)
- 8 × Studs and copper-coated nuts
- 1 × F44 turbo-to-manifold gasket
- 1 × F44 turbo-to-dump-pipe gasket
- 1 × AeroFlow Series 500 oil return line (or stainless -10AN pipe)
- 1 × Heat shield to suit the oil return line
- 2 × AeroFlow Series 500 coolant lines
- 2 × Heat shield lengths for coolant lines
- 2 × Hose clamps (more may be required)

Q: Is this everything I need for a high mount install?
A: It covers gaskets, studs and the bulk of the oil and coolant plumbing. Depending on your combination, extra clamps or fittings may be needed – message us with your setup and we'll confirm.
Q: Upgrade tip while you're in there?
A: Titanium manifold and dump studs won't seize or fatigue like mild steel – the set is listed separately and fits F44/F55 frames.
Q: Does it suit the F55?
A: The lines and shielding suit F44/F55-frame installs. Gaskets are F44 pattern – F55 gaskets are listed separately if your turbo needs them.
