The 1KD Boost 44mm is our budget-friendly bolt-on upgrade for the Toyota 1KD-FTV. Strong response, reliable boost control, and a straightforward install using the factory mounting locations.

What Is Included
- 1KD Boost 44mm turbo (internal wastegate)
- Wastegate actuator (basic unit, see fitting notes)
- Manifold and dump pipe gaskets
- Oil feed line
- AN adapters (banjo style)
- Banjo bolt and O-rings
- Oil drain fitting, bolts and gasket
Not included: turbo and dump pipe studs and nuts (reuse originals or buy separately), coolant line kit, 2 x hose clamps for the oil return line.

Factory-style fitment: bolts to the standard manifold, dump pipe and intercooler piping.
Fitting Notes
- ECU remap required. Professional tuning is essential for reliability.
- A basic actuator is supplied. Boost level is set by your tuner based on the vehicle setup. An additional actuator and boost controller may be required.
- The factory oil return needs to be cut and joined to the new drain. Requires 2 x hose clamps.
- Coolant line kit available separately.
