Nozzles only. Not complete injectors. Seat washers, seals and injector bodies are not included.

Bare minimum to get the job done: fresh nozzle washers so the injector seals. Reuse everything else at your own risk.

Do it properly: the 30 piece genuine kit covers the rocker cover gasket, injector seals, washers and hardware. Saves pulling it apart twice.

Nozzles if your injectors are healthy, you have a bench or a workshop with one, and you want the cheapest way to +30. The nozzle swap needs the injector stripped, the nozzle fitted, the set flow matched and leak-off checked, then reassembled. It is not a driveway job.

Complete injectors if your set is tired, you want a matched set built and tested on our Hartridge, or you want it done once: 1KD +30 and +50 Injectors on genuine Denso bodies.

MCR size their nozzles by boost pressure, not by a flow percentage. Flow percentages depend on the bench, the test plan and the rail pressure, so two shops will never agree on a number. Tell us your turbo and boost target and we will confirm the nozzle before you order.

• Factory VNT turbo: yes, with a tune. This is the everyday +30 build: more torque, no smoke, headroom for a turbo later.
• Turbo upgrade: the Flex 44mm VNT drop-in or a gated turbo such as the Flex F55. Beyond that, look at the +50 nozzle.
• Compliance: any change to emissions equipment or calibration must comply with the laws that apply to your vehicle and its use.

• Fit on a common rail bench. Strip the injector, fit the nozzle, check shim stack and needle lift, flow test and leak-off test, match the set. We do this in house on our Hartridge Sabre CRi Expert.
• Refit with new seat washers and seals. The genuine washer kit and full fitting kit are above.
• The existing compensation code on the body stays valid after a nozzle change. Enter it as normal and run the injector learn with a scan tool or Techstream.
• ECU remap required. The factory map does not know the nozzle changed.
• Clean-room practice. One speck of grit is enough to stick a needle.

These are modified performance nozzles, not a standard replacement part. Flow percentages are nominal and vary with rail pressure, pulse width and test bench. Fitting them changes the flow characteristics of the injector from original OEM specification.

Any change to emissions equipment or calibration must comply with the laws that apply to your vehicle and its use. Off-road and competition use where permitted.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify injector compatibility before fitting.

Q: Are these complete injectors?

A: No. Nozzles only. They must be fitted to your existing Denso 1KD-FTV injector bodies on a common rail bench.

Q: Which variant do I need?

A: Check the code printed on the injector body. 11 and 13 code injectors (2005 to 2009) share a nozzle. 18 code injectors (2009 to 2015) take a different nozzle. Send us a photo if unsure.

Q: Do I need a tune?

A: Yes. An ECU remap is essential to use the extra fuel and keep smoke and EGTs under control.

Q: Will the compensation codes change?

A: No. A nozzle change does not generate new codes. Re-enter the code on the body after refit and run the injector learn.

Q: Should I choose +30 or +50?

A: +30 suits tuned street, tow and touring builds on a stock or mildly upgraded turbo. +50 is for builds with an upgraded turbo and supporting mods. Message us with your build if unsure.

Q: Can I fit them myself?

A: Only if you have a common rail test bench. Otherwise send the injectors to us or a diesel shop with one.
