Japanese Quality Nozzle Set — Genuine MCR +30% Injector Nozzles

Unlock more torque and cleaner combustion with a set of 4× MCR +30 nozzles for your 1KD-FTV. Approximately 30% more fuel flow over stock — the proven upgrade for tuned street, towing and touring builds on a stock or upgraded VNT turbo.

⚠️ Important: This listing is for injector nozzles only — not complete injectors. These must be installed into compatible Denso injector bodies. If you need complete upgraded injectors, please view our injector assemblies instead.

🔧 Fitment & Injector Code Guide

Select the variant that matches your injector code — it's printed on the injector body. Not sure? Send us a photo and we'll confirm before shipping.

Bare minimum to get the job done — add the Nozzle Washer Kit:

You'll need fresh nozzle washers to seal properly. This is the absolute minimum — reuse everything else at your own risk.

🛒 Add Nozzle Washer Kit

Do it properly — add the full Injector & Rocker Cover Fitting Kit:

If you're pulling the injectors out anyway, replace all the seals — the 30-piece genuine kit covers rocker cover gasket, injector seals, washers and hardware. Saves pulling it apart twice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a tune after installing +30 nozzles?
Yes — an ECU remap is required to calibrate fueling and rail pressure for safe EGTs and best response.
Are these genuine MCR nozzles?
Yes — genuine MCR nozzles, Japanese quality, built for reliability and consistent flow.
Which variant do I need — 11/13 code or 18 code?
Check the code printed on your injector solenoid: 11 and 13 code injectors (2005–2009) share a nozzle; 18 code injectors (2009–2015) take a different nozzle. Send us a photo if unsure.
Will they smoke more?
With correct tuning and healthy injectors, smoke is well-managed and often reduced under load compared with untuned setups.
What else should I upgrade?
A quality intercooler, 3″ exhaust, and accurate boost/EGT monitoring are recommended.
