You'll need fresh nozzle washers to seal properly. This is the absolute minimum — reuse everything else at your own risk.

⚠️ Tuning is mandatory. Running +30 nozzles without a proper remap will result in poor performance, excessive smoke and potential engine damage.

Do I need a tune after installing +30 nozzles?
Yes — an ECU remap is absolutely required to calibrate fueling and rail pressure for safe EGTs and best response. Don't skip this.
Are these genuine Japanese MCR nozzles?
Yes — manufactured in Japan to MCR specification for reliability and consistent flow. No cheap copies here.
Will they smoke more?
With correct tuning and healthy injectors, smoke is well-managed and often reduced under load compared with untuned setups. Black smoke = wasted fuel and poor tuning.
What else should I upgrade?
A quality front-mount intercooler, 3″ exhaust system, and accurate boost/EGT monitoring are recommended. If you're serious about power, consider an upgraded turbo too.
Can I just use the nozzle washers, or do I need the full fitting kit?
The nozzle washer kit is the bare minimum to seal the nozzles. If you're already pulling injectors out, the smart move is replacing all seals with the full Injector & Rocker Cover Fitting Kit — saves pulling it apart twice.
