Will this fit my Hilux 1KD?

Yes — it’s a direct bolt-on for 2005–2015 Hilux N70 1KD. No mods needed other than tuning for best results.

Do I need a tune?

Not always mandatory, but a custom ECU tune is highly recommended for boost control, power, and avoiding overboost codes and may be required in some instances, there are many variables that come into the equation, for torque and power gains and efficiency gains ECU tuning is required.
