The larger nozzle flows more fuel per degree of injection, reducing the required pulse width. Fuel goes in during the correct window for an optimal burn and maximum mechanical leverage on the power stroke – which is why a properly tuned +30% setup makes more power with less smoke, not more.

Tuning required. Nozzles are a direct replacement for the standard Denso injector nozzles – no other hardware changes needed, but an ECU remap is essential.

Q: Do I need a tune?

A: Yes. Without a remap the ECU will fight the extra flow and you'll get smoke instead of power. Tuning is not optional with +30% nozzles.

Q: Genuine Denso +30 or MCR +30 – what's the difference?

A: Genuine Denso +30s are factory-made high-flow nozzles. MCR nozzles are precision-modified performance nozzles available in +30 and +50. Both work well tuned – message us with your power goal and we'll point you at the right set.
