Will this bracket increase fuel volume on its own?
No. It increases pump speed capability, but ECU calibration and supporting hardware (injectors, rail, lines) are needed to realise extra fuel delivery.
Which variant do I need — HP3 or HP4?
Stock 1KD uses a 2-rotor HP3 pump. If you’ve converted to a 3-rotor HP4 (1VD style), select the HP4 bracket. Check your pump before purchase.
Is this a direct bolt-on?
Mechanical fitment is straightforward, but wiring extension and fuel pipe adjustment are commonly required. Professional installation recommended.
