Designed for the 1KD platform. All items bolt to factory mounting points with basic hand tools.

• HPD Oil Cap: billet anodised finish; hand-tighten until the O-ring seats (not suitable with the factory top-mount intercooler)
• HPD Battery Bracket: direct-fit replacement - tension evenly
• HPD Radiator Cover: hides the upper radiator support for a neat presentation
• HPD EGR Plates: for off-road and motorsport applications only - follow local regulations

1. Mock-up each part before tightening
2. Install hardware finger-tight, then torque evenly
3. Finish with a microfiber wipe to protect anodised surfaces

Tools needed:

• Basic general hand tools (8-12 mm sockets/spanners, new battery clamp may require drilling)
• Thread locker (low/medium) where suitable
• Microfiber cloth and gentle cleaner

Pro Tip: Avoid harsh chemicals on anodised surfaces - a gentle cleaner and microfiber keeps the finish looking new.

The EGR delete plates included in this kit are intended for off-road and competition use only. Fitting EGR delete plates to a vehicle used on public roads may not comply with emissions regulations in your state or territory.

Q: Does the kit fit all 1KD Hilux models?

A: Yes. It suits 2005-2015 N70 models with the 1KD-FTV engine.

Q: Is this a performance upgrade?

A: No. It is a purely cosmetic and organisation upgrade to tidy the engine bay.

Q: Does the oil cap fit with the factory top-mount intercooler?

A: No. Clearance is limited. It suits aftermarket FMIC setups or top mounts with the plastic shroud removed. If you have a top mount with the shroud fitted, message us - or leave a note in the cart notes - we may be able to swap in an N80 style cap which will fit.

Q: Are the EGR plates legal?

A: EGR plates are for off-road and competition use only. Check your local laws.

Q: Do these parts need special mounting?

A: Maybe - depending which version battery clamp you receive - you may need to do minor modifications.
