HPD Rodeo RA7 EGR Delete Plates
Single-Cooler Layout Only | CNC Anodised Alloy | 4JJ1-TC
The early 4JJ1 in the RA7 Rodeo and RC Colorado uses a single-cooler EGR layout with its own flange, and the common 4JJ1 plates do not fit it. These are the plates that do. They block the factory EGR path so the intake stops filling with soot.
What It Does
- Blocks the EGR feed into the intake. No hot exhaust gas recirculating.
- Keeps carbon and oil sludge out of the manifold. That is the whole point of the part.
- CNC-machined anodised alloy. Flat sealing faces, finish that holds up to underbonnet heat.
- Reversible. Keep the factory EGR hardware and you can put it back to standard.
Fitment
- Holden Rodeo RA7. 4JJ1-TC, 2007 to 2008.
- Holden Colorado RC. 4JJ1-TC, approximately 2009.
Single-cooler EGR layout only. These do not suit the 2-bolt round or 3-bolt offset flanges. Look at your EGR assembly before you order: if there is one cooler feeding the intake, this is your part. If you are looking at the 3-bolt offset or 2-bolt round flanges, you want the 4JJ1 EGR Delete Plates 2006-2014 instead. Not sure? Which EGR Plate Do I Need
- This listing. Single-cooler EGR layout, RA7 Rodeo and early Colorado RC.
- 3-bolt offset and 2-bolt round. Use the 4JJ1 EGR Delete Plates 2006-2014.
- Pre-DPF, 2014 to 2016. Use the 4JJ1 Pre-DPF EGR Delete Plates.
- DPF, late 2016 to 2020. Use the DPF 4JJ1 EGR Delete Plates.
- 4JJ3, 2020 on. Use the 4JJ3 EGR Delete Plates.
What Is Included
- HPD EGR cooler delete plates, one pair. 4JJ1 single-cooler layout.
Hardware and gaskets are not included. Reuse the factory bolts and gaskets, or source them separately before you start the job.
Fitting Notes
- An ECU remap or EGR delete harness is required. Without it you will get fault codes and limp mode.
- Clean the mating surfaces properly. Old carbon on a sealing face will leak.
- Professional installation recommended unless you have done this kind of work before.
